Old Mobile Devices

Don't throw away that old cell phone or tablet especially if it has a video recorder.

You can use it as a dash cam for your car.

Delete all the pictures, music and apps ... charge it up ... place it on the dash facing the front of the car using some kind of support/holder.

Now you have a way to record all of the excellent drivers during your travels.

The Castle at Walt Disney World

Bev and I enjoyed a vacation to Orlando in December 2014.

The Castle at the Magic Kingdom becomes "Frozen" during an evening performance.

Recipe for Toast

Toast

1. put bread (white, whole wheat, potato) in toaster (slots on top, typically there are 2 slots. On rare occasion some toasters have 4 slots. Make sure the electric cord is plugged into an electric outlet, preferably a 120 volt UL approved GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) electric outlet in the kitchen near a counter that the toaster is sitting on. 

2. push the handle down to lower the bread down into the heating chamber where the heated coils will turn red to toast the bread into toast, and then the toast will pop up. 

3. Remove the toast (be careful toast could be very hot and burn fingers) and spread butter on toast. Wait for butter to melt and then eat.

A Cup of Coffee.

A Cup of Coffee ...

A simple pleasure for some, maybe a necessity for others.  The desire, the anticipation, the planning, the selection process, and then the order takes place.

The cup is delivered and is in your hand, and the anticipation grows.  The fleeting thoughts of taste, will your brain be happy or not.  Too hot or not, too sweet or not, the right color or not.  Does it need an adjustment, which only adds more sweetness or creamer.  You settle or not.

This cup is in your life for a brief time.  Did it satisfy you or not?

There's always the next cup.
