Don't throw away that old cell phone or tablet especially if it has a video recorder.
You can use it as a dash cam for your car.
Delete all the pictures, music and apps ... charge it up ... place it on the dash facing the front of the car using some kind of support/holder.
Now you have a way to record all of the excellent drivers during your travels.
